Returns

 

We hope you never need to return your Razor product.

However if you do, please see our policies below:

Returns

  • Returns of full priced products need to be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
  • Refund claims will be processed within 30 days of Razor receiving the returned product(s).
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like another Razor product we will process a refund and then you can purchase the Razor item of your choice separately.

Before sending the item back please contact us for a Return Authority number.

Please note we will not accept refunds on unsaleable, used products.

Change of Mind Policy

Where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection we will accept returns in most cases providing goods are:

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging. We would need the product back in 100% (as new) saleable condition.

Exclusions: Products that have been assembled, modified, unpackaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once you have approval, we will advise the return address.

We will not be liable for any product lost or damaged during the return process.

We will not be held liable for any returns done without the proper authorisation. 

If the return is rejected, you may request the item be sent back at your cost. No refund will be processed.

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable fees.

Process: Contact us via email to initiate a return. Include your order number, name, address, contact details, product information.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you received a damaged or faulty item, we apologise, see below for more information:

If the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Examples of major failure are when the product:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
  • is significantly different from the description of the product; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would do,
  • the incorrect item was shipped.
  • Doesn’t work as per manual
  • It does not include damage caused by misuse or returns simply due to change of mind.
  • If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund.

If the problem is not major, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund if this is possible.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.

Before sending the item back please contact us for a Return Authority number. 

Cost of Return Delivery

  • Razor will cover the return delivery cost for orders received where the product(s) is incorrect, damaged, or defective. In this instance, if a replacement has been requested, then Razor will also cover the cost of shipping a replacement product(s).
  • Product(s) returned under the Change of Mind policy are to be done at the buyer’s expense.
